Scope of Application

● Riveting capability (riveting of pressure riveted fasteners made of carbon steel for nuts up to M10, studs up to M8, and screws up to M6)
● Bump forming (processes with a forming area diameter of up to 30 mm)
● Rivetless connection (process of rivetless connection of carbon steel material with total thickness less than 4.0mm or less)
● Self-stabbing locking willow connection (self-stabbing locking riveting connection process for carbon steel materials with a total thickness of less than 4.0mm)

Energy-Saving and Environmentally Friendly
Hydraulic drive reduces energy consumption by about 40% relative to pneumatic and gas-liquid hybrid, greatly reducing the energy cost of the equipment, the machine only applies full load at the moment of crimping, and only 15% energy consumption in standby.

Pressure Applied at Full Stroke
The safety system works when the working pressure is applied at any point of the stroke, and the system does not require any adjustment by the operator, so it does not increase the initialization time of the machine or the tool change time.

Pressure Control is Easy to Operate
Dedicated pressure test adjustment button, allows you to find the correct riveting pressure within 10 seconds, novice operation is also simple, the equipment load accuracy +1%.

Positive Limit
The cylinder positive limit is specially designed for soft substrates, such as: PC board, plastic, glass and aluminum, which makes the plate will not be deformed or crushed when crimping fasteners. Products are available in thicknesses up to ±005mm.

Anti-Leak Counting
Set according to the number of times a single part needs to be riveted. Every time the machine works, the counter counts once, after reaching the set number of times, it resets to zero and starts counting, and at the same time, the buzzer alarm prompts.

Automatic Feeding System（Optional）
Suitable for M2-M6 PEM series screws/nut posts and nuts, providing 3 times the efficiency of manual feed riveting, enabling you to automatically divert the introduction without changing the automatic feed tray , conveying all kinds of fasteners. It also allows for quick and easy mold changeovers and provides up to 2,000 fasteners/hour feed rate.
